The adventure ahead

In a few weeks time I will be leaving Canada to begin a two-year adventure in Africa. Through VSO (Volunteer Services Overseas) I have accepted a placement as a financial management advisor in Kisumu, Kenya with the Tropical Institute of Community Health and Development in Africa (TICH). My key role will be work with and develop skills in the TICH's finance department as well as build the financial management skills of other staff members.
